Honestly, I think us Evertonians could learn a lot from this. When players do poorly we do the opposite, and we reap what we sew.

@MLS_Buzz I remember when they had the opportunity to build the stadium right in downtown but they chose to build it 30 minutes from downtown in Commerce City for close to nothing in comparison. Now they have one of the worst atmospheres in there MLS. I stopped supporting in general.

Rapids’ Supporters Group C38 has released a statement aimed at the Kroenke ownership group.. this sums it up.. “It is very telling that the most recent Forbes valuation estimates the Rapids at $350 million, yet the expansion fee for new MLS owners is reported to be $500 million. The Rapids are valued less than clubs that don’t even exist, or just exist in name only.” The statement from Rapids fans has made enough waves that it’s promoted an official statement from the club.. the primary issues states by fans.. • Dated stadium • Poor treatment of fans • Rising ticket costs • Matchday atmosphere stuck in the MLS 90s • Lack of investment in every category Rapids fans have every reason to be annoyed and we have multiple examples from around MLS that this kind of pressure will eventually work.

At least we aren’t bending the knee to every team that overvalues their players just for us. I think Kevin has done some good business for what it’s worth.

“I pay money, I can say what I want to the players” This will be what ultimately gets us relegated. Focus that energy on the fucking board, not the players.

Former players are starting to get involved. Every club has shit piles like these fans but it’s a shame that they get the attention. If you can’t control yourself just stay home and give your tickets to a fan who won’t chase down cars like an untrained dog.

@EFCKitDesigns I think so (not sure it’s officially been said) but the tournament is 48 teams so it doesn’t really matter.
