Today another Lebanese son stood at that podium. A pinnacle moment in any trauma surgeon's career and today it was mine🙏 @kmattox1 Thank you for making us all better.

Nothing like looking right into the gallbladder after EUS-guided gallbladder drainage in a nonsurgical candidate. This is about 1 week after placement. At time of placement pt was septic and, literally, dying. Now fine. #gitiwtter #surgery
