All demand in the appliance repair industry wants same-day service when customers call in the morning, or next-day service when they call in the afternoon. When the schedule is full, we lose customers and waste money on ads.
To prevent that, I built a control system on top of our capacity board that allows us to pause Google Ads campaigns with one click. This helps prevent overspending in areas where we’re fully booked. During the test period, we’ll manage it manually. The next step is to make it automatic – campaigns will pause or unpause based on the current schedule in each area.
I used AI to help develop it, but to automate the process I don’t need an AI agent – it’ll run on simple conditions.

@muneeb @danheld @Haider @konstantin11 @muneeb Are you seeing any institutional demand / interest in STX + BTC yield, since removing limits?

@zachweinberg Opex like insurance is up 2x over the last few years - landlords have little incentive or capital to make improvements that are needed. A large % of existing RS stock is under water already & housing court already has a multi year backlog for basic collections. Bad idea..

i'm starting to see some startups turn their support desks into growth engines and it's pretty cool
how they do it:
they feed support tickets to claude daily, turn them into tweets, case studies, AI video for social, how-to guides, newsletters etc
instead of just scheduling support tickets, they are scheduling content
zero extra writing pure leverage from existing support logs
seo goes up, organic social goes up, ceo is happy as a clam
