President Trump yesterday: "Their missiles are mostly decimated; they have some, they have probably 18, 19 percent, but not a lot by comparison to what they had." WaPo today: "Iran retains about 75 percent of its prewar inventories of mobile launchers and about 70 percent of its prewar stockpiles of missiles, a U.S. official said. The official said there is evidence that the regime has been able to recover and reopen almost all of its underground storage facilities, repair some damaged missiles and even assemble some new missiles that were nearly complete when the war began." washingtonpost.com/national-secur…

BREAKING: Senior Iranian official Mohsen Rezaei rejects the US Strait of Hormuz proposal as "unrealistic," saying Iran will not allow the US to exit the crisis it created without paying reparations for war damage, with the Strait remaining closed until the US pays, even if all US forces fully withdraw from the region. He says the US is "trying to stage a flamboyant gesture" and exit the scene after Project Freedom collapsed, with Iran refusing to allow such schemes to materialize. Iran's Foreign Ministry separately confirmed Iran has not decided on the broader US proposal and no response has been given yet, contradicting Trump's and Axios claims of "great progress" toward a deal.

IRAN REJECTS U.S. STRAIT OF HORMUZ DEAL AS ‘UNREALISTIC’ Senior Iranian official Mohsen Rezaei said Tehran will not accept a U.S. plan to reopen the Strait of Hormuz unless it includes reparations for war damage. He rejected Washington’s proposed framework, saying Iran will not accept symbolic concessions and insists on “tangible benefits” in any agreement. Rezaei added that Iran will continue its “resistance,” signaling no softening in its stance despite ongoing negotiations.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿🗣️ Wayne Rooney: "If you brought in a Luis Enrique or Thomas Tuchel and they won 10 of of their first 14 games you would say that's incredible. So, just because Michael Carrick is a young, English manager it means it's not the right place to look in a lot of people's eyes." "Michael Carrick is a clever person, he's a really good coach, and I think he can lead the team for however long he wants if he gets it right. It will be an interesting summer. For the first time in a long time Manchester United seem like they have a bit of calmness around the whole place and that's a good thing." (BBC)

You people will go and sit with a thug just to listen to him crow absolute nonsense on and on for hours, because he is paying for broadcast time. Even when this thug threatened to shoot your star journalist, you still didn't have the self-respect to shun him. And you expect that this thug won't mess you up royally like he has now done? Good riddance to bad rubbish!

Channels alongside every TV station that attends or airs Wike's monthly media chat should be really ashamed of themselves. It's a complete waste of time and serves no purpose aside hearing Wike rambles inanities in his hoarse voice. I have zero sympathy for them. You don't bring an ant-invested wood to your house and then complains of lizard infestation.

He stole $245 million, fled to Nigeria, and believed he would evade justice. He was mistaken. When Xu Qing fled China on 5 November 2024, he believed Nigeria would shield him from the consequences of a Ponzi scheme that harmed hundreds of investors. He underestimated the efforts of INTERPOL NCB Abuja. Through sustained intelligence and surveillance operations, authorities located him at a factory in Olowotedo, Siun Village, Ogun State. He was arrested on 24 April 2026 and repatriated to China on 28 April 2026. He was charged with large-scale illegal absorption of public deposits through a fraudulent scheme valued at over $245 million. These funds were stolen from individuals through deliberate deception. The Inspector General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc (+), NPM, emphasises that Nigeria will not serve as a refuge for fugitives. No individual, domestic or foreign, will find safe harbor here. He also urges Nigerian businesses to carry out thorough background checks before engaging foreign nationals. Due diligence is crucial. Justice extends beyond borders, and so does the commitment of the Force.

NPF ARRESTS, REPATRIATES $245 MILLION PONZI SCHEME SUSPECT TO CHINA The Nigeria Police Force, through the INTERPOL National Central Bureau (NCB) Abuja, has successfully arrested and repatriated a Chinese fugitive, Xu Qing, to the People’s Republic of China to face charges related to large-scale illegal absorption of public deposits through a Ponzi scheme. The repatriation followed a formal request from Chinese authorities, who declared the suspect wanted in Beijing for his alleged involvement in a financial fraud scheme estimated at over Two Hundred and Forty-Five Million United States Dollars ($245,000,000). Investigations revealed that the suspect fled China to Nigeria on 5th November 2024 in an attempt to evade arrest, following which a warrant was issued against him on 12th November 2025 by the Shinan Sub-Bureau of Qingdao Public Security. Acting on intelligence and sustained surveillance operations, operatives of INTERPOL NCB Abuja successfully tracked and arrested the fugitive at a factory located in Olowotedo, Siun Village, Obafemi Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State on 24th April 2026 after which the suspect was repatriated to the People’s Republic of China on 28th April 2026 through bilateral police cooperation arrangements to face prosecution for the offences. The Inspector-General of Police, IGP Olatunji Rilwan Disu, psc(+), NPM, has reaffirmed the commitment of the Nigeria Police Force to strengthening international cooperation in the fight against transnational organised crime. The IGP further advised Nigerian employers and business entities to conduct due diligence, including background checks through the police, before engaging foreign nationals in business or employment relationships. The Nigeria Police Force remains resolute in its commitment to combating transnational crime and ensuring that Nigeria does not serve as a safe haven for fugitives. BREAKING: Iran’s Foreign Minister just posted this in response to the Axios deal report. Axios has reported an “imminent” Iran deal five times in 19 days. Five times. No deal. Same reporter. Same sources. Same White House. Same Israeli intelligence contacts. $920 million in oil shorts placed 70 minutes before yesterday’s report. $125 million made when oil dropped. Oil surged back when Iran denied it.

President Obama to Stephen Colbert: "We can survive a lot — bad policy, funky elections, there's a bunch of stuff that, you know, we can overcome." "We can't overcome the politicization of our justice system, the awesome power of the state. Obama just said what every Democrat needs to hear: “Can you talk in plain English? Not a bunch of gobbledygook. Just talk like normal people talk. ‘The rent is too high.’” Mamdani fixed 100,000 potholes and taxed empty billionaire penthouses. He didn’t need a focus group to explain why.
