As an artist/entertainer, having a lawyer you trust fighting on your behalf is invaluable and amazing. PLEASE don't just trust AI to "explain it like I'm a child" or "acting as a lawyer..." when you sign contracts.

Music didn’t get worse. Our listening did. So many rush through new releases just to have an opinion online. People rarely sit with an album anymore. You can’t connect with music you’re half-listening to while scrolling.

@MejiistheOne I was Yung LA's manager for about 24 hours like 10 years ago. Had a meeting with our team, the mayor of East St. Louis even came for photo ops. I emailed the artist that night to confirm his bookings and his manager replied 😂

📻Radio reporting is your proof of concept. During and after your campaign, I always send you a report showing: - Which stations added your song - How many spins per week - Chart position trajectory This data = leverage for the next campaign. Save it.

What blogs actually want to see in a pitch (from a blogger): - Who are you? (2-3 sentence story, not your life history) - Why this song? (What makes it different/timely?) - LINKS not files - Don't CC us with 50 other sites. That's it. Blogs can get 50+ pitches daily. Make yours count!
