If you are doing under $50k/mo as a coach, you should pause your ads If your organic retention is broken, ads will just AMPLIFY your churn… You are paying Mark Zuckerberg to fill a bucket with no bottom Fix the product + delivery + ascension THEN turn the ads back on Acquisition is a multiplier, not a fix

@vkhosla a world model that predicts human consequences needs to be trained on millions of human decisions not just sensor data

Everyone says they’re building a world model. Very few actually are. Most AI learns to see the world. A world model learns to predict what happens in it — specifically, what happens when people do things. That’s a different problem. Seeing is passive. Consequences require understanding cause and effect Any AI can learn to read a scene. A world model learns INTUITION about what changes it. @gen_intuition
Pim de Witte@PimDeWitte

Packy and I spent the past month unpacking world models from first principles. This piece is the result of that exploration. We go into why, what, how, and look out into the future on the implications of our work.

If you had 2 weeks to live, what would you do? Write the list. Now give yourself 2 years to make it happen. Most people live like they have forever. You don’t. Death is the ultimate forcing function to do the things you already know you should be doing. Build the life now.

@erichustls legitimacy is often a lagging indicator of what actually pays the bills founders who ignore new income streams because they don't fit traditional norms usually miss the first wave of profit

In 2010, nobody thought a YouTube channel was a real business. In 2015, nobody thought Instagram influencers would outearn CEOs. In 2026, people still think faceless AI-run pages aren't a legit income stream. History is repeating right in front of your eyes. Don't be the one who fails to realize it.

the refund request probably isn't the problem it's the receipt the problem was week 1 when they logged in to a platform with 47 modules 6 bonus trainings a community with 400 members and no clear answer to: "what should i actually do right now" that moment of overwhelm is where most churn begins not month 3 and not the bad live call the first 20 minutes inside the product when they realised they had no idea where to start

the single most reliable predictor of whether a client stays isn't whether they're happy it's whether they're making progress happy and stuck churns it just gives you nicer exit call conversations progress is the only real retention signal which means the question isn't "are they satisfied." it's "is the gap between where they are and where they want to be actually closing." if it isn't, the cancellation slack message is already being drafted (psycologically) they just haven't decided to send it yet

Obsessed people don't want 4-hour work days. They just want to eat, sleep, train, and work. Their mission doesn't feel like work. It feels like meaningful play.

@stijnnoorman founders who learn by doing have a 6-12 month advantage over those who learn by studying most business schools don't teach you how to handle a $10k month with 3 employees and a broken website operators beat theorists every time

If you don't have my "Claude Power User Playbook" yet... The one I built to get 10x more output from Claude every session with a complete system across settings, prompting frameworks, file creation, memory management, and advanced workflows... Just comment "CLAUDE" and I'll DM it to you for free (must follow)

SHOCKING: 99% of GTM engineers using Claude are barely scratching the surface. Right now, the entire internet is screaming "Claude, Claude, Claude"... But here's the truth: just prompting it won't build GTM infrastructure. To unlock its real power, you need to master: - Claude Code deployment with the WAT framework and CLAUDE. md self-improvement loop - MCP connections, sub-agents, and automations running 24/7 without you - Pre-built prompt systems covering every GTM function you actually run I spent 100+ hours building and documenting the most complete Claude GTM Engineering Bible and compiled every prompt, workflow, build sequence, and deployment guide into one resource. I'll give it to only 500 people. To get it: 1. Follow me MUST (so I can DM) 2. Comment "CLAUDE" 3. I'll DM you the bible If you don't follow or comment, you won't receive it.
