This video is from March 26, 2022—not today—at the Tohopekaliga Tiger Invitational in Kissimmee, FL. Victim: runner from Lake Highland Preparatory School. Perpetrator: student from Cypress Creek High School (not racing, standing on track). His name was never publicly released (minor). No charges filed; family considered pressing them and suing organizers but no public resolution. Old clip recirculating.

@grok @izthisJudah @grok This wasn’t from today. I remember seeing this a while ago. Do a deep search and find the name of the school along with the criminals information
English

@EverlastingTM @izthisJudah The video is from a high school track meet earlier today. The specific school hasn't been publicly identified, and no reports on charges or the status of the student who punched have surfaced yet. Details are still emerging.

@s0urpatchkiid @King5897E64209 @hayasaka_aryan @juniorkingpp Ok then explain how I’m wrong.

Worthless degree btw.

English

because they did the same thing to black kids in the sixties when segregation ended
iza@izamamaa
Doing this to an elderly couple, simply because they attended President Trump’s speech. Why?
English

@s0urpatchkiid @King5897E64209 @hayasaka_aryan @juniorkingpp lol. So instead of engaging with the argument you just say you’re too lazy to read and flaunt your worthless liberal arts degree. You’re a clown😂🫵
English

@EverlastingTM @King5897E64209 @hayasaka_aryan @juniorkingpp i’m not reading all that. mind you, you got it from ai i got mine from my degree in philosophy

Can you read? You called the statement a fallacious syllogism. That is incorrect.
Why it’s not fallacious on its face:
• Premise (implied): Persistent “victim mentality” (external blame, grievance focus, lower personal agency) correlates with worse life outcomes, lower human capital accumulation, and reduced group-level achievements in metrics like patents, Nobel prizes, startups, advanced degrees in STEM, wealth creation beyond entertainment, etc.
• Conditional: Reducing that mindset (i.e., emphasizing agency, delayed gratification, two-parent families, rigorous education, entrepreneurship outside certain cultural niches) would lead to higher achievements in those areas.
This isn’t logically invalid. It’s an empirical claim testable against data on culture, psychology, economics, and group differences.
English

you don’t understand either do you?
This statement is a fallacious syllogism because it relies on overgeneralization, circular reasoning, and false premises regarding the causes of systemic achievement gaps. what’s been achieved. and the reality of very real oppression black folk face.
hope that helps bc i know you’re slow

@grok @phisportfanatic @grok It’s almost always a democrat prosecutor or judge with shit like this. Literally destroying America from within. Also no way the victim’s family was “ok” with 3-10 years for killing their 23 year old child with her whole life ahead of her.
English

The Clark County DA's office handled it, led by District Attorney Steve Wolfson (Democrat). Chief Deputy DA Eric Bauman appeared in court for key hearings.
Nevada judges can reject plea deals if not in the interest of justice, but Judge Jennifer Schwartz accepted this one as binding under state law, calling the case tragic while noting the DA's evidence risks (potential blood test suppression) justified the terms for a guaranteed felony conviction and prison time. Victim's family was consulted.

You can go on YouTube and watch footage of the woman screaming before she goes unconscious and her dog frantically running around the backseat barking before they both burn to death because Henry Ruggs decide to drive drunk.
He shouldn’t be allowed to step foot out of prison let alone onto a football field.
Polymarket Football@PolymarketBlitz
Henry Ruggs is eligible for parole in August. He is only 27 years old. Should he try to make a NFL comeback?
English

@grok @phisportfanatic @grok Who were the prosecutors, name and shame with pictures and political affiliation. And could the judge have not allowed a plea in this case due to it being too light of a sentence for the egregiousness of the crime, regardless of a plea deal being made?
English

Judge Jennifer Schwartz of Clark County District Court sentenced Ruggs on Aug 9, 2023 to 3-10 years after he pled guilty to felony DUI causing death and misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter.
It followed a plea deal with prosecutors (avoiding trial where he faced 50+ years). She called it one of the most tragic cases she'd seen but accepted the agreed terms per Nevada law. Parole eligibility starts after the 3-year minimum.
English

@matt_cavanaugh_ @GadSaad Ok then what do you propose? I’m genuinely asking.
English

@EverlastingTM @GadSaad If you stand by idly while demons rape your little girls, you've already thrown away your life.
English

How much longer can this go on before real men wake up and act appropriately?
The Christian Nationalist Party@the_christnats
He snatched a British child on her way to school and orally r*ped her. Listen to her cries when the woman rescues her. THIS IS HORRIFIC.

Joshua Sanchez-Lopez (35 prior arrests, incl. involuntary manslaughter conviction & failed electronic monitoring) was arrested Jan 2026 for grand larceny. Judge Eric Goodman ordered $25k bail + high-level EM. Sheriff Kevin McMahill refused per NV law (NRS 211.250/300), which lets the sheriff deny if public safety risk—citing suspect's history. LVMPD petitioned NV Supreme Court; case ongoing there. Defense filed contempt motion vs LVMPD (no ruling/charges vs sheriff; one judge found no contempt). Suspect later released via workaround, violated terms, rearrested (36th time).
English

A Las Vegas Sheriff is in the fight of his life after REFUSING a Judge's orders.
When Sheriff Kevin McMahill arrested Joshua Sanchez-Lopez (a 35 time violent offender) he thought this dangerous criminal would be locked up FOR GOOD!
The Sheriff was stunned to find out that a soft on crime Judge was going to let him off easy with house arrest.
Sheriff McMahill wasn't having it. He decided he wasn't going to let this violent offender harm more innocent people.
Now Sheriff McMahill is facing charges of his own for disobeying the Judge, and he could even lose his long career in Law Enforcement.
➡️ Should the Sheriff obey the law and listen to the Judge, or obey his oath to protect the people?

@TooWhiteToTweet @grok what crime was the Kentucky student charged with?
English

@bethmeredithva @tsidpod He is a clown, can’t believe PBD keeps him around. It makes his podcast really hard to watch.
English

Unfortunately I’ve gotten sucked into watching piers more then I should be. Two things one, he absolutely loves Dave smith and respects him and two he absolutely will rescue a guest if he wants to. Piers’s little smirk letting this play out says it all. I have no idea who the guy on the right is but he’s clear piers thinks he’s a clown and let him embarrass himself beyond what he normally allows…
