Oświadczenie. Nagranie rozmów adwokata z klientami, brak ich realnego zniszczenia, wyniesienie z CBA kopii rozmów, ich przekazanie do mediów oraz publikacja tych rozmów to bardzo poważne przestępstwa. Winni tych wszystkich przestępstw zostaną ukarani. Jeżeli chodzi o termin publikacji, to uważam, iż został on spowodowany moim wnioskiem o ponowne przeliczenie głosów w wyborach prezydenckich i decyzją sędziów z SN o ponownym przeliczeniu głosów w 13 komisjach. Komuś bardzo zależy, aby ta sprawa nie była kontynuowana. Zdecydowano się na popełnienie szeregu przestępstw, narażenie mediów pisowskich na utratę prawa nadawania, tylko po to, aby uderzyć we mnie. Bardzo to ciekawe. Tym natomiast, którzy się pasjonują treścią prywatnych rozmów życzę miłego odsłuchu. Sejm jednogłośnie na wniosek nowej większości powołał komisję do zbadania sprawy tzw. wyborów kopertowych. I bardzo dobrze. Na tej komisji pokażemy, jak Platforma torpedowała to, co w demokracji najważniejsze, czyli wybory Głowy Państwa. Robili to tylko dlatego, że ich kandydatka w tamtych wyborach prezydenckich miała kompromitująco niskie sondaże. To oni odpowiadają za zmarnowanie 70 mln zł. Udowodnimy to przed komisją.
