FDOC: Marine Division

On December 29th, 2024, FDOC:MD Seamen, SCSO:SWAT Operatives, and an FSP:ESU trooper responded to a hostage situation on the Stapleton County Lake. After lengthy negotiations by tactical units, a shootout ensued, the takers were downed, and the hostage secured. Credits: TacLaw01

Today, the Marine Division held its first Field Training session since the streamlining of the Marine Academy process. The Admiral, an Ensign, and five Enlistees were in attendance. @FedoraMasterB98

Last Saturday, the Department of Corrections hosted a vessel showcase at Greendale Docks. Civilians had the opportunity to explore many department vessels. We thank every department that contributed to this event. We hope the public enjoyed it as much as we did! @FedoraMasterB98

Earlier today, Lead Event Coordinator and Sergeant Just_Spark resigned from the Firestone Department of Corrections. They also got the Warden’s Award of Excellence award today. Congratulations to them. Thank you for your service within FDOC.

On Monday, we hosted @PublicWorks_FS to conduct a full cleaning of the prison on the inside and out. This event was very successful as usual and we always enjoying having the FDPW stop by and clean anytime!
