@yaotziN In APAC t2 more players who r ready to commit 10-12h or more per day for no payment or low payment like <$1000 . I think in EU economy its different and living is more expensive than in APAC, so there r less full time praccing and committing pros and teams i would guess

I wonder which region has right now the best quality of practice. Based on my experience & looking at the T2 level I would say that APAC should be the best? I miss the times when EMEA had such a strong T2 scene. Surely 2027 will fix everything, right? 😅

Coaching has truly become my life I started with nothing, but so many people trusted me, helped me, and gave me opportunities through Rio, SLT, MIZ, GENG, SPG, T1 and NS I was never perfect as coach and made many mistakes along the way. The proliferation of high-quality coaching and physical opportunities for professional training has led to an "upward equalization" of the amateur scene. I believe the core differentiator of the Korean model lies in the synergy between advanced academy systems and agency-led talent debuts. 1. Tier 3: The Grassroots and the KOV Community At the grassroots and lower Tier 3 levels, the ecosystem is centered around 'KOV' (Korea Valorant), the largest Discord community in the country. The Hub: It serves as the primary marketplace for players, coaches, and teams to find one another. League Structure: The Premier 'Invite Division' (Tier 3) is largely managed and operated through this community hub. 2.
