@zae_asv Yea Van Hecke is my lowest upside one but i need him vs Burnley whilst Bournemouth face Arsenal. And Van Hecke still has more attacking/bonus potential than any Leeds options.

@FPL_Cheese He's defcon numbers are about the same as Van Hecke this season and he has better fixtures for a clean sheet in the double, that's why he's in my team personally

WC32 locked in since Monday 🔐 Why is Struijk suddenly in all the content creators WC32 team's? He has zero attacking threat, only 44% defcon rate and only 3 bonus all season. Really limited upside, relying solely on CS 🤷‍♂️

@FPLAcheampong @FPLPapa Perri was dropped for several iffy performances and Darlow has been great ever since, don't see it changing at least not until safety is secured, at which point you probably wouldn't want to play Leeds defenders anyway.

@Zaxin90 @FPLAcheampong I've just learnt over the season that you can't always rely on fixtures or CS's... Going with the higher underlying defenders will net you more points more often than not as you want them to haul when they do return. Still a lottery though.

@FPLAcheampong @FPLMichael_ Yeaa can obviously go either way, Gabriel could blank, but the haul potential is there at least. In the Cup final Arsenal had White RB and Kepa GK... If you flip that to Raya and Timber maybe they get closer to a CS seeing as the opener was a GK error.

@jvharding22 @FPLAcheampong Hill's average is waaay higher per start. His minimum is 7 and he's hit 16+ 4 times out of 15 starts.

@FPL_Cheese @FPLAcheampong Bonus potential is highly uncertain and the past is not often that useful particularly over a small future sample. Struijk averages 9.3 DC. Average is more predictive the % meeting the threshold. Both good picks not obvious one is better than other after factoring in fixture

@spyderfpl Is respectable, but not as good as the Bournemouth CBs, or Van Hecke and Gabriel overall.

@FPLAcheampong @FPLMichael_ That Arsenal will be super risk adverse, it'll be a low scoring game and he'll likely get defcon. If Arsenal do manage to pull off a CS likely bonus too...

@FPLAcheampong @FPLMichael_ Gabriel my other, his points per game is literally double compared to Struijk. If you have a bunch of FT i can understand you taking him for GW33.

@FPL_Cheese @FPLMichael_ So who are the other defenders with upside? Definitely senesi hill oreilly and a Leeds defender. Can go bijol sure but slight injury risk + not nailed & if you’re at all concerned about darlow then struijk becomes auto pick. Point being you can see why people have him

@FPL_Cheese Like who? On wc there’s not better options. And 44% hit rate is decent. Again, if you want double Leeds defence + with darlow being ever so slightly a risk, not sure you can escape struijk. Ofc you can just go one defender

@HighburyHugh @fpl_juice Depends on alot of factors. - The player's wants and needs - His attitude - How the club view him - The relationship between him and the club - What the market is offering I don't know what discussions are going on behind the scenes so hard to say.

@FPL_Cheese @fpl_juice I agree also. Just saying, if we were to sell him for whatever reason, Nwaneri is not the answer next season.

If you’re an Arsenal fan, surely you’d rather cash in on Odegaard and continue to develop Nwaneri. The guy has so much potential, it’s a very weird situation.
