@FazedFocus @MUT4NTLOVER Ima be real sue is just like magik and dd, she’s brawl but brawl in this game is used as dive half the time. You can easily dive with sue especially with another diver considering the easy shield placement. I’ve been doing it since she dropped and it’s why was my first strat lord

name a good dive character to pick up for a strategist main, i really wanna dive more into different play styles!

@EepyJandro @TuanPlays I keep hearing this, but like…. Isn’t the best place to learn a character where it’s sweaty? Idk I picked up warlock and scarlet last season, learned both in QP just fine. Picked up and learned Cap this season in QP Well enough on all 3 to run in comp should I want

@TuanPlays I mean, it's honestly the best place to learn (once you at least know what the character does) because qp is SO SWEATY it's very difficult to actually learn how to play someone new there

@whimsygf I mean I gatta say, I do like targeting one person, and doing everything I can to basically remove them from the match every time I see them. BUT I also attack the other backlines, AND that person I focus is more often a dps than it is a support.

@AbbyAZK Can confirm I can play every tank, and about 8 of them at a competitive level, but should the situation call for it, I can play them all in comp. 4-5 Strats, and 3-4 DPS

This is silly because why shouldn't you learn how to play more characters in your role? Hitscans HAVE to learn hela, phoenix, elsa, etc. Melee HAVE to learn DD, SM, Magik, etc. Tanks learn most of them since not every hero fits every scenario. Why should supports be exempt?

@lurapika_ Venom is a great dive tank, first I lorded, and in some situations I prefer him. But if you’re looking to divert attention and harass, especially with caps dmg buffs, the mobility makes all the difference. Hulk falls inbetween the two with mobility, but he’s also half brawl

i feel like venom is like objectively a better dive tank than hulk and cap but since he requires aim nobody actually plays him

@bexxtraa @s_xcellence Dive characters don’t/shouldn’t just stop doing anything when the backline is dead. Once the healers are dead, dps is easy picking, with no heals or dps, tanks fall quick, hold point. As someone who really enjoys dive tanks, a key aspect is learning how to still be a tank

@s_xcellence Possible stupid question, but I'm GENUINELY curious here. Doesn't dive target the back line(or supposed to) ... so if you have a whole team of m dive, who's stopping the other teams front line from advancing, while you're ALL in the back line? Genuine question. NO malice meant.

@s_xcellence Rouge and hulk are brawl. Hulks a little dive but rouge is not. Starlord is not dive. Deadpool is not dive, he’s poke/brawl

@wifugf Tbh picking white fox is a throw pick. When white fox get dived she’s just dead bc she has no survivability. Playing luna feels a lot more safe and that says a lot
