Normalize tracking the duration for each tasks performed. As a Quantity Surveyor, I know that costing a bungalow building takes me one and a half day — takeoff, BoQ preparation, and pricing. Finishing fast doesn’t mean it’s cheap. My skill and experience determines my fee. 😅
