The state budget deal doesn't appear to include any new revenue streams for NYC beyond what's already been announced despite advocacy from Mayor Mamdani. But this also isn't the final framework. The state Legislature still needs to vote, so something more could come (maybe?).

So I finally looked up what’s going on, and this cruise ship kept sailing as people kept getting sick and dying on the ship. And the bodies were kept on board for weeks. We need to ban cruise ships immediately.

it’s probably really good that thousands and thousands of people will be flying from all over the world to the united states in the next 4 weeks when we have a potential virus outbreak with an an incubation period of up to 6-8 weeks so people won’t even know they’re sick!!!!!!
