@baby_leah20441 @aibytekat I get what you mean- that sounds more like intuition. Even strong intuition can have false positives sometimes though, especially if the 'radar' sensitivity is already high. How do you tell when it's picking up something real vs just interpreting the situation a certain way?
English

@FindURForte @aibytekat I don’t think it’s just perception. I think it’s a keen sensitivity that is often right on the money.

Ex-school principal exposes the truth about ADHD medication:
"Schools are drugging 6.4 million children for the crime of acting like children."
"We are medicating normal childhood behaviour because schools can't handle natural human development."
"A seven-year-old boy who can't sit still for six hours isn't sick. The system forcing him to sit still—that's sick."
English

@baby_leah20441 @aibytekat I hear you on the sensitivity. And the overlap, since both are centered around perception. If perception can turn the "amp" up, how do we tell the difference between someone's intent and how it's being received?
English

@FindURForte @aibytekat Well I don’t have this problem. I am highly sensitive which I believe connects to adhd. They seem to be very similar. It makes sense that they would overlap.
English

@baby_leah20441 @aibytekat I get it, I've def reacted in the heat of the moment before with an ex. But also, accountability isn't something we can force onto someone else- it's something they have to choose. All we can control is how we respond and what boundaries we keep for ourselves.
English

@FindURForte @aibytekat After all the abuse I’ve endured from my exhusband I think swearing at him is child’s play. The fucker literally moved a half block away from me after our divorce. And didn’t tell me until he bought the house. Tell me again how I can hold him accountable by not doing anything?
English

@NewsWire_US They said that before, and we didn't believe them, because of the stockpile of enriched uranium they have. What's different now?
English

@CoffindafferFBI Nice verdict, but I imagine his attorneys probably advised him well on asset protection/trusts to make most of his money not discoverable or accessible. I'd be surprised if he actually pays it.
English

So many people were fans of Bill Cosby.
What a shame.
Glad there is some justice in this matter right.

@baby_leah20441 @aibytekat I've done it too, but reacting with 'shitty behavior' to call out 'shitty behavior' just invalidates our point. It turns an opportunity for a valid boundary into a shouting match. When we escalate, they tune us out- we lose the argument and any chance at actual accountability.
English

@FindURForte @aibytekat I do not mind calling people out on their shitty ways. Even if that means I raise my voice or even dare I say swear at them. To many that would be a shitty response. To be it’s letting them know I see them and I won’t be fooled.
English

@baby_leah20441 @aibytekat It's the definition, not an insult. RSD is based on perceived rejection- the alarm triggers even when there's no objective threat. Acknowledging a 'sensor' can misfire isn't calling yourself broken; it's a self-reflection step, and not punishing others for things they didn't do.
English

@FindURForte @aibytekat Are you calling people with adhd broken? I am saying this because you are comparing it to a broken sensor. Do you feel as if people with ADHD have broken sensors to detect bad stuff? As if it goes off all the time for no reason.
English

@baby_leah20441 @aibytekat Both, really. We're entitled to our feelings, and no one suggested being a doormat. There's also a huge difference between a boundary and retribution. If your response is just as 'shitty' as the act you're protesting, you haven't solved the problem- you've just joined it.
English

@FindURForte @aibytekat See you’re talking about people reacting poorly to small things. I’ve seen people do that. I try to tell them it’s not that big of a deal. Who cares about those people blah blah blah they aren’t your friends anyway. I’m talking about people doing seriously shitty things…

🚨🚨 OPERATION BOX CUTTER:
Today: Six Chinese citizens and two China-based pharmaceutical companies have been indicted for allegedly selling and delivering chemical precursors used to make fentanyl intended to be smuggled into the United States - as well as forging an alliance with a Mexican drug cartel.
These indictments are historic. The multi-agency investigation involved unprecedented cooperation with China’s MPS - and followed the FBI’s historic visit to China in November, successfully working with MPS to tighten controls over the precursor chemicals key to fueling fentanyl trafficking.
That visit, led by President Trump’s negotiations with President Xi, continues to pay dividends for America’s national security in the war on deadly narcotics.
President Trump promised and delivered sweeping policies to crush the plague of fentanyl in America. This FBI and our partners are executing it across the country 24/7.

@mushmoranka @NoNonsenseND Using "Darling" or claiming I lack "comprehension" is just deflection. You still haven't explained how needing to know why is a clinical disorder. Listing personal struggles doesn't grant a waiver for behavior-it just proves you're using a diagnosis to avoid growth.
English

@FindURForte @NoNonsenseND Darling, "why" is just the tip of the iceberg! I answered yo ever claim you made! It might not suit you, but this is the reality like it or not! If you can't make a difference between simple curiosity, you lack much more than comprehension, and that's a you problem!

Anxiety is not proof that your brain is broken.
Most of the time it is a signal. It is your body, mind, or soul telling you that something is out of balance and needs your attention.
The problem is that we've been taught to silence the signal instead of listening to it.
When you start asking what the anxiety is actually pointing to, that's when real progress begins.

@mushmoranka @NoNonsenseND And the saddest of all: Young people adopt symptoms & speech patterns of neurodivergent creators they follow-not because they have the condition, but because of a desire for community and a 'label' to explain their struggles.

@FindURForte @NoNonsenseND To you only!
You look/sound as a person who doesn't accept anything that will make them see anything outside their comfort zone! And the fact that you CHOSE not to educate yourself on the matter, but be another broken record speaks volumes about the person you are!
English

@mushmoranka @NoNonsenseND Oh and I also found that 52% of the most popular ADHD content online is medically inaccurate, so the label has become a 'trend' that people use to justify behavior rather than manage it.

English

@mushmoranka @NoNonsenseND I have educated myself on the matter. And while I was there, I also found this
londonhealthcompany.co.uk/blogs/news/onl…
English

@mushmoranka @NoNonsenseND You've replied w meltdowns, TV volume, ableism claims- nothing about how 'asking why' is a basic human trait. If you have to reach that far into 'victimhood' to defend a TikTok trend- might be time to ask why you're so desperate for a label to shield you from basic accountability
English

@FindURForte @NoNonsenseND Accountability even to yourself, when your stomach is rumbling because you forgot to eat an many more!
Of course, it's quite easy to say you avoid accountability, especially when you talk to someone who you dint try to understand and start acting in a way that is not convenient
English

@mushmoranka @NoNonsenseND Asking 'why' is a basic human drive, it's not a disorder. Rebranding curiosity as a disorder just pathologizes your personality so you have a pre-made excuse for being 'inconvenient.' True self-reflection is realizing your struggles don't exempt you from accountability.
English

@FindURForte @NoNonsenseND Oh yeah... to belong in a community of people who get bullied by ableists who can't comprehend the difference between "trend" and knowledge! The sense of validation people seek, after having a meltdown, because the volume of the TV is not on an odd number or avoiding
