@FindingsApp I take that back, they are here.I guess the UI still confuses me with seeing an empty entry for Collections b/c it requires me to click on “Show”.

That would indeed be a possible approach, though it's still a significant amount of work. It's on our todo list...

@FindingsApp is there a textual Markdown-like shortcut to switch a text line to a header, or do I have to use the mouse or a short-cut?

@michaelaye btw, for bullet list, you can also press the tab key when you are at the beginning of the line.

@michaelaye Sorry I left you a bit in the dark (arf, arf) as to what the code would be, but you found it. Achievement unlocked! Thanks a lot for the pointer and the post on the forums. I have no excuse not to change the css for the next update!

@FindingsApp Got it! Added this to styles.css : body.dark span.a { color: greenyellow; } and works! ;)

@findingsapp BUG: Quickview does not work in stand-alone entry mode. So, when i double-click an entry to have it open in its own window, the quickview for a powerpoint attachment doesn’t work. when integrated in the main app window, it works.

@michaelaye Actually, I suppose you could... If you control-click on the app in the Finder and choose 'Show Package Contents', then go in Resources/webview, you'll find some CSS to modify. Please quit Findings first ;-)

@FindingsApp Can I hack this somehow? Is there an CSS somewhere I could hack? B/c this is so annoying that I need to run Findings on light mode, despite having the OS running the dark mode. I can push a PR if you work on GH as well?

@michaelaye That's indeed for Findings 1. For Findings 2, we have a community website with some 'HowTo', but still needs some work I am afraid: community.findingsapp.com The Samples from the welcome screens have some useful content too. You can load them by going through Welcome in Help menu

@FindingsApp Here I find a lot about projects: help.findingsapp.com is there a better URL for updated documentation?

@findingsapp DOC bug: Is it possible that there are no projects anymore but are called collections now? The user’s guide still talks a lot about projects.

@michaelaye Indeed, it's still a leftover from Findings 1, where all entries were experiments... Added to the todo list!

@FindingsApp Minor bug report: The archive importer reports all to be imported entries as “Experiment”, even so it does do the import correctly. Just a little scare during import, but worth to fix, me thinks.

@StuFFmc Damn it. Thanks for the heads-up. I had not noticed. It seems this comes from switching to CloudFront + https (not sure anyone is interested to know that :D)

@michaelaye Actually, the problem is it's a PDF, so it's a file on disk, meant to be printed etc. Problem might be we are trying to mix a journal *view* (browse your entire content by date) with the concept of a PDF auto-updating on disk (which is useful for other reason).

@findingsapp the journal needs a dark mode as well, please. ;)
