Held an inspection the other day, there is nothing more important than to maintain an active and effective national guard to protect us,

@Virginian_State @Portago_RBLX As stated before, the employee received a warning. He would have been suspended if he failed to come forward, however he did and received a warning.

@Portago_RBLX @FirestoneDPW From my point of view, I’d say punishing for what appears to be one “face” while taking a small break for a picture is way too harsh.

@Sturdy_RBLX @Portago_RBLX That is not unprofessional. That is being strict.

@Portago_RBLX Deputy Secretary s_odacan was attempting to identify the employee in question. If the employee didn’t come forward and we had to find out ourselves he would have been suspended instead of a warning.

@Portago_RBLX He was using faces while representing the department. We have been cracking down on professionalism in our employees. The employee in the picture only received a warning since it wasn’t really that big of an offense.

@ThePotatoFS It was a simple fender bender. Our employee was simply ensuring the driver was ok.
