FishChoice is working with @Comepesca, an NGO that promotes Mexican seafood products, to expand the reach of FishChoice.com users and open new markets to buyers and suppliers, especially around snapper.

Ah, snapper. Renowned for their flaky white meat & ability to hold up under various cooking conditions, these fish are highly sought after by both commercial & recreational fishers. Many of the species in this family are important food fish, including the prized red snapper.
