Flyers will need help today from the Jets and Canes. But, the playoff hopes are very much alive after last night's win. Most importantly young players like Martone, Michkov, Barkey, Bump are experiencing what it's like to play meaningful late season NHL games. @FlyersKnitty

We’re gonna cry over Bump now? I’m not even a Tocchet guy but this dude can’t win lol. Teams won 6/7. In the thick of a playoff race. Top prospect playing PP1. Big body for around goal. Michkov producing. Somehow people can only think to bitch about Bump. It’s made being on here insufferable.

Say whatever you want about Rick Tocchet as a coach but he shows his players respect. I truly believe the fact he was a player himself only bodes well for the Flyers and the development of some of their younger talent. Development is not a linear path.

I’m not saying it’s going to happen, but a #LetsGoFlyers VS #letsgopens first round is possible. Man that would be an awesome way to kick off the playoffs.
