VCU head coach Ryan Odom has agreed with Virginia to become the Cavaliers' next head coach, sources told Fox Sports. Odom led UMBC past UVA in 2018 in the first 16-over-a-1 in tournament history. Went 44-25 at Utah State, 52-21 in two years at VCU. Great hire by the Hoos.

Yeah, then played in the NFL FOR 13 SEASON. Speaks to the translatability of the BB skillset to FB. Name a mediocre college FB player, who just decided to pick up BB in his senior year of college then played in the NBA for 10+ years. Oh right, you can’t. Did that go the way you thought it was going to go? NOPE.

@PREP_Athletics @BrewsterHoops Goes both ways. The number of coaches that ghosted me, often even after I messaged them asking that they let me know if they were no longer interested, is very high.

PLAYERS: If you are talking to multiple prep schools or colleges it is important that once you make your choice that you reach out to the other coaches that recruited you and thank them for their time. Too many kids ghost coaches. It is not the right way.
