@lumencs_ @Cloudzehh @NixuhCorp @officialxiN @VESAEvents it is and its a step but i think that a lot of people are discouraged i think that the way forward to revuilding the comp scene would be similar to old esea where theres structured tiers with similar level teams competing for appropriate prizes so that the grassroutes is growing

1. ESL Qualifier not guaranteed. 2. No solid ESEA season + 1 LAN per year. 3. ACGL & Mettlestate don’t care for cs. 4. Very costly to maintain SA’s best teams. No ROI for orgs anymore due to the lack of tournaments. 5. Vast majority have lost their passion for gaming.

What happened with the local CS scene? For years signups to tournaments, sponsorships and the quality of tournaments were growing. Why has cs continued to grow internationally but locally it is a shell of what it use to be?

Is it possibe that the switch has made so many people disillusioned and unmotivated that even with help it will still be dead?
