@GPeesProperty After the tenant that you supplied, left the property in a mess costing more than £1,000 of damage, you failed to notify me of the dispute date and he had his deposit returned in full.

Dear @GPeesProperty, I'm still waiting for the return of my tenancy deposit. Hold up is your end. Moved out 14 Sept, after some back-and-forth the landlord and I agreed sum to be returned, you received my bank details on 6 November. STILL waiting despite multiple calls, emails...

Also you wrote in the legally binding contract at the start of the year, that if no deductions were to be made it would be returned within 10 days of the end of tenancy. england.shelter.org.uk/housing_advice…
