If you're actual takeaway is that Trump is going to commit nuclear genocide against the Iranian people, well, you're a moron. You can disagree with the post, in fact the first line and the last line of the post are antithetical towards each other, so that's a valid criticism. But if you genuinely think he has his finger on the nuclear button, that's something else and you might need help. However, if I'm wrong and he decides to wipe out millions of civilians I will happily join you all in escorting him to The Hague.

@mrownersan @JurassicRabbit Totally. I think, though, discourse around player counts is primarily around multiplayer. I mean, it does happen on single player games sometimes like starfield etc. but usually only on huge titles that are surprisingly not as popular.

Steam charts are one of the worst thing to ever happen to video game discourse. Imagine talking about music and being like “oh you like so-and-so band, that’s cute. Too bad they suck compared to Backstreet Boys. See how low they are on the billboard chart in comparison”

@JurassicRabbit The discourse is important because money is on the line. Asking people not to discuss player numbers when games can be as high as $80 and are unplayable is wrong. A single person can be a fan of a band and that band may continue to make music. A single game fan will kill a studio

@JurassicRabbit Music can be listened to endlessly. If I want to listen to Beethoven today then I can. Now, if I want to do that with a game - say I want to go play concord. I can’t the game is gone because it didn’t get enough players regardless of what others thought about it

I’m gonna get flak for this, but I get it Turns out exclusivity matters. Sony needs reasons for people to stay in their console ecosystem in the coming years, especially with competition from the next Xbox and Switch 2 coming in.

@GenePark @realradec @LegatoSkyheart It’s funny they consider ghost of yotei a single player game when they have that multiplayer expansion happening just like the first game. It should come to PC with online crossplay imo, I have no desire for the single player aspect of ghosts but loved the first ones MP

I keep saying this and no one seems to get it. Concord was beyond even ET-in-a-landfill levels of disaster. The money and time spent to playercount and shutdown time ratio is unparalleled
