We’re hearing from people who got scam texts claiming they need to pay a toll bill immediately or show up in court. These texts and websites may look realistic, but are from scammers. Do not click on the link or pay. We only ever ask you to pay at MyGoodToGo.com.

@Mattgnelson The toll rates, that range between $1 and $15 are only shown on the signs beginning at 5 a.m. All other messaging on the signs is not a rate. But I can see how that would be a point of confusion, so we will update our website to make it clearer.

@GoodToGoWSDOT per your website, you lock in your toll rate when you enter the toll lanes and I see no exceptions for when it says free. Why am I getting charged when I enter in the morning and its open to all? Please show me the specific rules to clear this up.

Heads up, Montlake! 🚧 The eastbound SR 520 off-ramp to Montlake Blvd. will close 10PM tonight thru 6AM tmrw morning for utility work on the Portage Bay Project. ⚠️ Drivers entering EB 520 from I-5 will pay the toll during these hours. SR 520 across the lake stays open!

@randhead The best thing to do in this case is call customer service (1-866-936-8246), they are the only ones that will be able to assist you with unlocking your account. They will also be able to help you with the other log in issues you’ve been having.
