Had someone recently reach out to me who is on TRT looking for help…
“I’m a marine corps veteran and have PTSD, I’ve struggled with it for years. I do get treatment, etc. but, I’ve started to do some research on peptides, or other forms of therapy that may help with my overall anxiety/ptsd. The VA has literally tried doping me up with everything in the book, and nothing helps.”
Any suggestions or recommendations, please post below.
Let’s try to help our guy out on Memorial Day 🇺🇸

@H2Hyperbaric @bowtiedmeathead Hmm, won’t let me dm you. I followed.
English

I think a cerebroysolin has similar effects to psilocybin with less of the side effects
Need to consider ptsd as similar to an acl tear. New muscle /brain patterns need to be developed
Mdma plus somatic releasing therapy. PTSD is stored cortisol/adrenaline in the body. It needs to dump excess energy
English

@bowtiedmeathead Same boat. I’m off all my meds. TRT. Finishing up Epitalon and getting the best sleep I’ve had without medications or obliteration. VA tried to push Seroquel instead of my peptides. Fuck em.

@rorynotsorry @Krysia830073 If you don’t link up with Krysia it’d be a major fail. She’s the Mother Nature of peptides!
English

Should I interview @Krysia830073 when Im in London next week!

@Halljon23 @fitcapdefi Same with Reta. And I’d start low at 100-150mcg. I’m dosing morning and evening.
Plenty of other supposed benefits, but I’m too early in my research to know.
English

@KShow76 @fitcapdefi I’m on Reta, and I’ve constantly been trying to find ways to combat the rise in RHR and low HRV. Any other benefits you’re seeing? What dosage are you researching?
English

@Halljon23 @fitcapdefi That’s what I’m seeing. RHR dropping and HRV slowly creeping up.
English

@fitcapdefi Researching VIP at the moment. So far would recommend, but be very cautious with dosing.
Seeing initial improvements with RHR and HRV after a few days. We’ll see what else it can do.

@BowTiedYukon I might be the minority here but that’s why I really like the whoop, you can give it feedback on how you feel. It listens, provides feedback to improve. Even if it’s a 3% benefit, I’ll take it. The Oura ring wasn’t for me, tried it and there was little to no feedback.
English

I think all these trackers are placebo’s and most of the time negative
People see that they didn’t get enough sleep or they didn’t “recover” enough and then they let that affect their day and workouts
Don’t let a watch, band or a ring determine how you feel and preform
Victor@toro__training
When I interact with someone at the gym and I see they have an aura ring, I ask them what do they use it for, and the typical answer is “I like to track my sleep.” Then I ask what they actually do with that information, like do they modify training, adjust caffeine intake, sleep earlier, manage stress, or change recovery work? Usually the answer is nothing. It is like people get satisfaction from seeing a score or numbers on an app, but the data never changes anything in their actual life.

@a7las1984 running the first cycle tonight…
you need to try modafinil if you haven’t already.
life changer.

English

@rorynotsorry So are you going to have more Selank & Semax coming in?
English

@TheCryptoDaddi It’s shockingly easy honestly. I’m due for one soon, actually.
English

@Halljon23 I may have to do this. A 48-72h water fast is possible on Reta especially the first few days
