@mikepat711 Have you dealt with road salt clouding the sensors? Just wondering.

Ahahahaha. Elon fucking cooked up self driving and still most don’t believe it’s real. I love this shit. I thought it was trash 2 years ago but now I’m sitting here laughing, shaking my head daily.
That crazy son of a bitch did it, man.
Just got through the DC gauntlet. Still haven’t touched the steering wheel or pedals today. Started in Raleigh. Multiple downpours, daytime, night time. Doesn’t matter.
It just cooks through everything

@HappyTigerMan Thanks a lot, Dave. I wish I could say the little literary critic staying with me thought the same, but his barks weren't happy when he heard it.

“Success you say. The ransoms we’ll extort will make us rich beyond our wildest dreams. Mwahahaha…”
“Um… yeah. About that. It was successful but not exactly as we planned.”
“So are the monsters not terrible?”
“Oh no, they are hideous, but also kind of #miniscule.”

Hospice Nurse Julie shares why she no longer fears death — and why you shouldn’t either:
A young patient she grew close to was actively dying.
She sat quietly by his bed, said a silent goodbye in her head, and left to chart in her car.
Suddenly she heard his voice — clear, joyful, excited:
“Oh my gosh, Julie… if I only would have known… I would never have been scared.”
She felt overwhelming love, peace, freedom — like he was soaring and lifting her with him.
He showed her exactly what dying felt like: pure excitement, total liberation, no anxiety.
As the experience ended, her phone buzzed: the nurse texted that he had just passed.
She wept tears of joy in her car — not grief, but awe at what he revealed.
Years later she learned it’s called a shared death experience.
That single moment erased her fear of death forever.
Have you ever had (or heard of) a glimpse beyond that felt undeniably real?
What did it leave you believing about what comes next?

@ScurrasFolly Only a fender bender! Or, a butterfly flapped its wings in China. Good job, Scurra!

@HappyTigerMan Thank you, Dave!
Your entry was quite good, as well.

My mom reads me poetry a lot. One of my favorites that she reads to me is Leigh Hunt's "Jenny Kiss'd Me".
Jenny kissed me when we met,
Jumping from the chair she sat in;
Time, you thief, who love to get
Sweets into your list, put that in:
Say I'm weary, say I'm sad,
Say that health and wealth have missed me,
Say I'm growing old, but add,
Jenny kissed me.
