Two things to throw out tonight: • Alcohol-based mouthwash (dries your mouth, bacteria thrive). • Toothpaste with sodium lauryl sulfate (causes mouth sores). That CVS mouthwash is doing more harm than good.

But a dashboard that flags your rising Lp(a) or declining DHEA-S without connecting you to a physician who'll actually act on it isn't healthcare. It's a sophisticated anxiety generator.
