PSA that armwrestling (while very cool) is INCREDIBLY DANGEROUS if you don't know what you are doing ‼️ 15lbs of force in the wrong direction can cause a rotational break in your humerus if you don't train I LOVE armwrestling content but be VERY CAREFUL trying it yourself 🙏🏻🙏🏻
