A vulnerable post of sorts - I hate doing #burpees. In my years of crossfit, they are my weakest movement. Well today I did them and they didn’t look bad. All of me was jiggling, shaking and I felt self conscious but I got it done. #SaturdayMorning #workout

Spelman needs to use the money they receive to do some expansions and serious renovations. I’ve seen schools with half the tuition and 2% of the donations and funding look better than spelman.
