Even if you don't have the funds, you should still file your tax returns. The IRS and the states offer payment plans. Not filing will cause penalties on top of the interest....so it's best to file timely. Don't stick your head in the sand and hope it goes away. It doesn't.

2. “Too broad”: I write this in my evaluation comments *way* too often. The broader the topic (i.e your proposal title), the harder it is for me to believe you can land it. For example, if you put forward a presentation titled “How AI is affecting brands” it raises two questions:
