@RickyAlcantar @sovgracepc Hi Ricky! don’t know why this popped up in my feed but it did. The thing I immediately thought of? The first gen leadership of SGC including CJ, Bob K, Connolly, Kittrel, etc didn’t have MDivs or go through ordination exams. Yet they were the ones on ordination panels like mine.

Grateful that my family of churches (Sovereign Grace) has our ordination standards tied to ordination exams, not a specific M Div requirement. Allows for many paths into ministry including the excellent @sovgracepc
