Not good for pensions because it’s a less efficient risk-return tradeoff. Home country bias is bad and this literally legislates for it. If there isn’t enough investment in UK assets, ask why not. It’s a valid question and not particularly partisan. Fix the cause, not the symptom

The consultation that's closing has nothing to do with reintroducing the LTN, it's just the Conifer Gardens one way. There are no live plans or consultation to reintroduce the Wells LTN, it's all been parked until after A23 works are finished.
