Full clip on insta and FB but wanted to update anyone worried about Walthamstow yesterday. There was unity and solidarity everywhere against racism and the community showed up with love.

@sophoftheyear I had a similar problem when I wrote mine. It's so hard to cut stuff when you have poured your heart into it. But it can be done, and you will do awesome.

First draft of my dissertation is done!! Current word count is 31,736, so have a BIG job ahead of me over the next month to cut it down to 15,000 word limit!

One year an incumbent today! It has been a steep learning curve, and after a season of putting my shoulder to the task to get things moving, I'm trying to slow down a little for the summer. For curates about to embark on their first incumbency, below are a few things I've learned
