@IrishStore_com I have contacted customer service via that email and also the help window on the site. It's been two days and I've only got automated responses. That's why I'm over here.

Remember that sweater I bought from @IrishStore_com almost three weeks ago? They never sent it. I have paid for it. I got an automated email when I inquired, so, guess I'll mention it here too.

@IrishStore_com it is seeming more and more like you are running a scam. Order placed in mid-November and still not received. Customer service is useless. Not enough flights going to Canada so our order was sent to the US instead?! Something does not add up...

@IrishStore_com if anyone is thinking of ordering anything from these scammers I would highly recommend you do not. Appallingly bad customer service. No sign of an order that was ordered in November and they don’t even care. Another Christmas ruined.

@IrishStore_com I'm trying to contact your customer service for several days without success. It's about order #500017325. There is no tracking information since 8 December. Before that, it was sent from Dublin to the US! But the order must be delivered in Belgium!

@CraigHolliday Hi Craig, our customer care team has been trying to contact you by phone and email to get your card details to process the refund, they are needed because the transaction was made over 6 mths ago. Can you message to confirm your number, the one we have may be outdated. Thank you.

Would strongly advise anyone to avoid @IrishStore_com at all costs. Nearly 7months and I’m STILL waiting for a refund. I get Brexit and COVID has caused problems but I’m best part of £300 out of pocket including the 2 x postage you’re supposed to refund. Disgusting
