We discovered a new way to make ice cream sandwiches! We took Isaly’s Ice Cream and sandwiched them between two Lotus Biscoff cookies. The results were much better than expected. They hold the ice cream well and taste great together. Try it for yourself!

In 1910, William Isaly started scooping tall cones at Mansfield’s Pure Milk plant, upping the typical portion size from two ounces to four, to attract more adult customers. #Isalys #NationalIceCreamConeDay #Skyscraper

Following the tremendous success of the tall cones, @IsalysNation bought the rights to a pointy ice cream scoop & began manufacturing their signature scoops. People went crazy for the cones and by 1951, Isaly’s ads were calling the Skyscraper America’s favorite cone.
