Tried Product Hunt with ConvRadar. Ranked 107 out of 600. Counted 100+ paid promotions on the same page. Then PH emailed me a guide: ask your friends to upvote. A distribution channel that asks you to bring the distribution. That was a lesson :) #buildinpublic #indiehacker #solofounder

Yes — AI does the reasoning, ConvRadar feeds it GA4 data via MCP plus a hypothesis library where every fix is tied to a source and expected impact. Stack is GA4 only for now. Shopify, Posthog, and Clarity are next. The point is to stop flagging problems and start prescribing fixes, then check if they worked.

One step further into the funnel. Last week: 31 visits → 1 hit login → 0 trials. This week: 168 visits → 35 hit login → 2 trials. The wall moved. Login isn't the bottleneck anymore — trial start is. #buildinpublic #indiehackers #SaaS
