The result is a seamless and high-quality refurbishment, converting a two-bedroom semi-detached house into a stunning four-bedroom home. Our team provided a range of services, including acting as Employers' Agents, Project Managers, Principal Designers, and Cost Consultants.

We are delighted to announce the completion of our project for a foster home under @LBHF. This transformation included a loft and side extension, along with structural and foundation alterations, wall insulation, and roof and window replacements.

This week we welcomed Olivia Denny for 3 days of work experience to explore different areas within the industry. Today she went on site with Marcus Langford to 16 The Vale for a site walk round. She has also looked through how valuations, site plans and some admin are completed.

#FlashbackFriday Earlier this week, some of our team had the pleasure of hosting our long-standing client, @A2DominionGroup, for an evening of team building & networking. We headed to Boom Battle Bar, where the night was filled with fun, laughter, and strengthening relationships.

Today Rob Russell, Eden Carberry-Hughes, Byron Ho and Keisha Ferguson attended the topping-out ceremony for our Watling Gardens project in Kilburn. This scheme is located on an existing estate and will see the construction of three new buildings, comprising a total of 125 units.

Congratulations to Byron Ho on successfully passing his APC and becoming a Chartered Quantity Surveyor. This accomplishment reflects months of determination and hard work. Well done Byron, and congratulations once again on this achievement! #congratulations #livingourvalues
