I’m 14 days clean of sugar as of today! And if I can do it, an elder lion sitting at a desk half a day, you can too! So many positives from cutting sugar. No bloated belly, clear mind and shape of the body, and lost 2kg from that alone. Went from 77.9 to 75.7kg already. It’s not the kilos though that matter. Even knees feel better when out walking.. Try this for a week, cut sugar and processed sugar. You’ll see a huge difference! :) Trust me.

@zoeprce @AdsDogCharlie I rescued Charles in 2017. He was about 1, and had been starved. He weighed 4.2 lbs and couldn’t stand because he was so frail. He now gets 3 meals a day! He loves to eat:) he’s very loving and like other dogs once he gets to know them!

It's time for me to say goodbye for a good while. I'll definitely be back, but I'm not sure when that will be. All I know is that I'm gonna be gone for the foreseeable future. And no, nothing is wrong. In fact, it's quite the opposite. My life down here is moving along beautifully, and I want to lean into it more. My time in this community has been some of the most impactful in my life, but I feel it's time that I fully move on to building this next chapter while everything here is still in the loading phase. There will be narratives spun around me making this move. I haven't lost faith in the play, nothing is wrong, and there's no hidden reason for me leaving for a spell. In fact, I've never been more confident in this play and that we have in fact invested in a once-ever opportunity. In addition to that, I'm currently living the life that I've prayed about for a long time. My energy is best spent continuing to build on the foundation that has presented itself to me here over these last few months. He who chases two rabbits catches neither, and all that. In the next day or two, I intend to delete my X app (along with all my other social media). I will not be disabling my account here, in case any articles/posts that I've written need to be referenced at any time. If you have my cell phone number - well - no you don't. I've changed my number, and the old one will go unmonitored and deactivated soon. After the next 24 hours or so, my X messages will also go unmonitored. I have no intention of "checking in" from afar or watching for developments, either. So, if you have something you'd like to say to me, now would be the time. She was treated as the problem—for wanting what the law was always meant to guarantee. Now the UK Supreme Court has ruled that “woman” in the Equality Act means biological female. Not feelings. Not identity. Biology. That makes Peggie’s belief not only reasonable—but legally protected. Her stance wasn’t just moral, it was lawful. NHS Fife must concede. She was right all along.
