QB Clone Part 5 - The bulk of the app is complete in just over two days, maybe 8-10 hours. It looks good and I'm testing it with some dummy data I ask Claude to create. I'm not adding more detailed features like Classes, Splitting Transactions, etc.

Claude Code completed the Chart of Account and Company pieces and is now building out the Contacts. Phase 1 has 10 subphases. This may take while.

Quickbooks Clone app update - In about 90 minutes, Claude Code built a mockup of the website. Looks nice and I like the minimalist aesthetic. This may be an ambitious project considering I'm not an accountant but I have 30 years experience running a business.

I'm spending about $2300/year on a Quickbooks subscription so I wondered if I can use Claude Code to make a QB/Xero clone, but better. I told Claude what features I wanted and it developed a roadmap. Let's see where this takes me.
