FOR THE FIRST TIME, IT'S GOLD TO MALLARD!! Today we welcomed 8 schools to @ArmthorpePE, for our Y5/6 Dodgeball tournament. In some closely fought games, we saw some fiercely competitive dodgeball between all of our brilliant schools! But, for the first time since joining our competition framework, @SchoolMallard take home the trophy! @OwstonPPA coming up just short in the final and securing the silver medals! Ticked off the Mecca of Park Run today - Bushy Park. 266 out of 1347. 1347 park runners on a Saturday morning at 9am. Insane. Anyway, I’ve done 91 park runs now. I’ve also ran everyday in January & February. 254.9 miles this year. @parkrunUK

On my 40 before 40 list, I have run everyday for a year. 51 days in. 314 to go. I’m only 31, thought it’d be easier to knock it off at this stage. What counts as a run? Has to be 1 mile at least. So far in 51 days, I’ve ran 217.5 miles.

Spring 2 has a lot of weekend activities going on, bearing in mind there are only 4 weekends really. London the first weekend, away again the second weekend, 3rd weekend free & Paris the 4th weekend. I’ve been a nerd over half term and smashed out loads of planning.

Mr Cocker has a Valentines this year and he’s a happy man.

Ran 12 miles with @Suz2302 this morning! She assured me only 1 mile or so was on trail. I can assure it was not!

Running in this weather should be illegal. Running 7 miles made it worse! Hard work pays off 😎
