@AlexJPMiller Other than loans he’s only ever played for clubs between Nottingham and Sheffield. Other than Derby and Leicester, I’d be surprised if he moves if there’s a deal on the table.

@AlanBiggs1 Whether people want HP or not we can’t deny; he turned up when we needed someone (without pay too?) he’s cobbled together a team every week, players turned their backs, don’t turn up, we talk about games we should have won, not due to tactics just a lack of players for this level

@TWFootball1867 Come on people we’ve sometimes got to look at data for probability and not absolutes. It shows we are competing, we’re in games for 60-70 mins, Palms sinks his chance & we’d have likely gone on to win, a tale of a lot of games this season. Let’s be fair it’s our weakest side ever

Yes, that's true.
But we've done much better since February in terms of performances. Across both defensive and attacking metrics.
In the 2 months before Feb, we didn't score a single goal. We scored 7 in 2 months after. And our xG has nearly doubled.

Been watching Pierce for years… Been told by so many that he’s too small, or only good with his feet, but he’s so incredibly talented.
Barry and Josh once told me on a preseason that he’d go for £10m+ one day. So good to see him realising his potential.

@AlanBiggs1 My view: some key players on a phased return to full match fitness, so subs happen in line with medical advice. Generally replacements are a max half as good as what’s coming off. Timings aren’t anything to do with it. Palmer scores or squares it we win that game.

Not the only comment like this. You see folk questioning selection, tactics, timing of subs etc. All I know is #SWFC should not be “in” almost any game with this squad. The fact they are in most games, despite everything, is my measure of Mr. Pedersen.

@stevetomlin01 James Trafford went to Man City for £27m. He had the divisions best defence in front of him so was hugely protected. I think Charles is more than half the player Trafford is. You could argue that he’s successfully recovered from injuries and that these figures are low.

@WTIDPOD Some of this decision will depend on the outcome of the EFL decision. He’s getting a salary increase either way. If the funds help us rebuild then it’s a sale with sell-on clauses, if we can rebuild with no restrictions, a net 1st squad (playoff place 2-4) & the budget, keep him.
