This film is just plain appropriation and daylight robbery of West Asian and North African people's language and culture atp considering the cast. If you didn't know who this white lady is, you'd think it's just a photo of an indigenous Algerian woman.

On parle beaucoup de Dune Part 3 mais il y a aussi Dune Prophecy qui revient bientôt !
Le tournage de la saison 2 s’est récemment terminé, et HBO devrait la diffuser en fin d’année, probablement avant la sortie du film.
Il y aura 8 épisodes, et ça s’annonce très prometteur.
La série se déroule 10 000 ans avant l’ascension de Paul Atréides et suit deux sœurs Harkonnen qui affrontent des forces menaçant l’avenir de l’humanité, tout en fondant la légendaire secte du Bene Gesserit.

Je me dis qu’avec tout ce qui se passe dans l’univers de Dune, ils devraient continuer avec les jeux vidéo, tout en gardant l’esthétique de Denis Villeneuve...
D’après ce que j’ai vu, ça devient vraiment étrange, mais dans le bon sens du terme.
Ou une série HBO pourrait aussi bien fonctionner, surtout si chaque saison couvre plusieurs années, etc.

@jtimsuggs You should also read the X-Wings comics he wrote too if it's not done yet. Great addition to the novels (these are different stories, not adaptation of the novels) with incredible artists drawing them.

Not even exaggerating when I say that these two books are some of the greatest Star Wars books that I think I’ve ever read, especially back to back.
I’ve been so obsessed with this story and its characters, that I’ve basically been reading these non-stop throughout the past week. Michael A. Stackpole my GOAT.

The X-Wing books from the 90’s seriously had no right to go that hard, but I’m so glad that they did. Just finished the second book earlier today and I’m obsessed. Highly recommend giving them a read!

@gknout I've watched every major hit these past 25 years, the really famous ones, some more undergroung gems, from several countries (France, Italy, UK, Korea, Japan, Germany, Sweden, USA...), B5 is still to this day in my top-3. And it's not N°3. A fantastic journey is waiting for you.

Le premier Marty McFly… n’était pas Michael J. Fox. 🤯
C'était l’acteur Eric Stoltz qui avait été choisi pour le rôle et avait déjà tourné plusieurs semaines de scènes...
Mais les réalisateurs ont finalement estimé que son interprétation était trop dramatique pour le ton du film, décidant de remplacer Stoltz par Michael J. Fox et de retourner une grande partie du long-métrage.
Un pari risqué qui a finalement donné naissance à l’un des personnages les plus célèbres de l’histoire du cinéma.
