Se pondría la paz del mundo en verdadero riesgo y pasaríamos al colapso climático irreversible con la extinción de la vida. El potencial de enregía limpia de América Latina, se hace realidad con una inversión de 500.000 millones de dólares, que los tiene es este momento EEUU. Esa es mi propuesta.
