It all depends on the suture and how well loosen they are, especially sutures can get calcified which will give you no results from thumbpulling. If you use this exact method from this thread you will get chin growth for sure. But it will take a lot of time. You will have to boost your androgens specifically. It’s easy to grow the lower jaw. Hardest would be the upper but it’s possible at any age i would say
