And here's your news justification to play it inverse. No one else called distribution this accurate from $11.00 to $1 but me. 📑 AMC can dilute up to 1.1B shares, this filing is for 150m, but they don't need more than 500m to get to $0.50 by June. Current outstanding is 515m. This is happening, whether you like it or not. POI system is as good as insider trading. @Carlsoda21 It was 1:1 brother look it up. $36 AMC common turned into $18 common, and $18 AMC. For every 1 share of AMC Common stock, shareholders received 1 APE share at issuance. Then they dropped AMC 70% and AA diluted APE 99.9% WITH VOTING RIGHTS.
