@BigMoyorshola 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I had to laugh. Congratulations Mo, olorun a wo, a dasi 🙏

Who bookmarked??
Una wan súck brèast??
Mo@BigMoyorshola
A fellow mom DM’d me on how to pump one brèast at a time.… and THIS came out of just ONE side! Haven’t seen this much milk from the two brèast since I’ve been pumping . I’ve been double-pumping all this time and feeling like I was wasting my efforts. Now I feel so fulfilled 🥹 Single pumping just changed the game for me!

@Depejuu_ This right here, that “forgets how to breathe “ was top of my fears too, what do you mean forgets how to breathe? After all the days we spent at NICU! Preemies will test all your faith, also their inability to suck initially, we were using cup and spoon . God will bless them ❤️
English

Taking care of preemies is one of the hardest thing to do as a parent.
When we brought home the twins, their paediatrician already assured us that the one plagued with apnea has gotten over it, but did we hear, no! 😂
We would take turns at night doing shifts to watch him closely in case he forgets how to breathe again, we did this for a month before we stopped.
Our eyes will be red, itching, hurting from lack of sleep, and on top of that, I had to pump every 2 hours, emi mi gbon!

I followed the journey of the 4 astronauts on the Artemis II mission, from their moments in space to the splashdown on Earth at exactly 5:07:27 PT. right through to their extraction and I’ve been sitting with what it stirred in me.
Seven things stayed with me:
🩷First, a deeper reverence for God.
I found myself in awe. Sir, I marvel at the work of Your hands. The Universe. Galaxies. Our Galaxy. The Solar System. The Sun, the Moon, the Stars, Earth, the planets, and yet, You know me by name. We learn about these things by Science, Physics, Engineering, yes. but ultimately, all sustained by God.
💙 Second, a renewed understanding of the order of creation. Everything has a role. The sun shows up. The moon stays in its place. Space holds its structure. No noise or competition, just quiet consistency.
💜Thirdly, perspective.
We see the Moon almost every night, yet it sits about 384,400 km away. A spacecraft would take about 3 days to get there. A commercial airplane would take 18–20 days of nonstop flight. It puts into perspective how vast and how intentional creation is.
💚 Fourth, the people.
The courage of those who give their lives to advancing science. These astronauts understand the risks to launch, orbit, re-entry, and still, they go. Reid Wiseman, Victor Glover, Christina Koch. Jeremy Hansen; 50, 49, 47, 50. A reminder that age is not a limitation, it’s a badge of honour. A call to do even greater things.
💙Fifth, priorities.
No country is perfect, but there are higher things to commit to. Beyond noise, beyond handouts, distractions, there is meaningful work that moves humanity forward.
💙 Sixth, collaboration.
The precision, preparation, the people.
Teams trained hard, ground crew, engineers, recovery team, all working in sync. Excellence is never accidental. It is built, layer by layer, by many hands, and credit is shared.
💛 Seventh, awareness.
This is happening in my lifetime.
Not a story I read in a book, but a journey I followed in real time. And now, I don’t see the moon the same way. Or the sky. Or even the Earth.
Grateful for their safe return & perspective.
Let’s make the world a better place.

@Jumskitchen @AjibikeeOropo Wept is the word! I wept. I was so sad that I had to go through so much pain because I desired a baby. The only silver lining was that my husband was with me while the scan was being conducted. But sis, I will never forget HSG scan.
English

Sorry mama. I did Pap Smear last week and I felt the same. But the most invasive test I’ve ever done was my HSG scan (we were trying for a child then). I saw Jehovah sitting on his throne but He told me to go back 😩
OLUWAFEYISAYO ❤️❤️@Feyisparkles
I just did my Pap smear test and it is the most invasive test ever, wtf😭 Anyway, I am glad I am done with it
English

@omotomilola @AjibikeeOropo Just seeing this again, I was crawling on the floor after my HSG, I wept bitterly cos what manner of pain is that?
English

@AjibikeeOropo Sis, I always remember that scan. I cried so hard. My friend sent me a dm right after seeing my tweet. He said he once worked in diagnostics. He said they used to offer therapy to women after their HSG scans. It is brutal.
English

@omotomilola When you think about the pain of HSG, you can shed tears again, Goshhhh, it’s so painful 😓
