Between 01 April 2024 and 31 March 2025, @UHSFT received 21,352 responses to our Friends and Family Test (FFT) Feedback Surveys.
94.08% of patients rated their overall experience of UHS as "Very Good" or "Good".

We were overwhelmed by the generosity of @CRCivils this morning, who delivered a whopping 1260 Easter Eggs and craft activities for patients spending Easter at @UHSFT.🥚They even brought the Easter Bunny with them too! 🐰Thank you @CRCivils for your amazing donation❤

💬 @HmfBlake, head of clinical quality assurance, says that "these walkabouts are a vital part of @UHSFT internal quality assurance by ensuring patient safety and good patient experience".

Our Emergency Department is extremely busy. We are prioritising people with life or limb threatening conditions. If your condition is not an emergency and you come to our ED this evening you should expect to wait at least nine hours to be seen [1/2] 👇🏼

@LukeSmithF1 We were there - show was what we were expecting, I didn't think it was too over the top and actually did engage you. The actual launches though, they were lacklustre. Too much reliance on the screens and not enough done on the stage for my liking. Still, enjoyed the evening!

⚠️ 💧 Our hospitals have been affected by the water supply problems across the area.
We are working with Southern Water on contingency arrangements to ensure our hospitals continue to maintain water supplies.
