Hey @x Most founders don’t lack traffic. They lack customer discovery. I built LeadLens AI to help founders find people already looking for their solution → ICP, signals, conversations.

The era of first-generation AI lead generation products is coming to an end, and second-generation AI GTM (Go-To-Market) products are emerging.

Seeing more AI outbound founders getting restricted on LinkedIn. Maybe LinkedIn isn't fighting AI. It's fighting automation. The future isn't sending 1,000 messages. It's finding the 3 conversations that actually matter.

AI lead gen is becoming a commodity. Everyone can find leads. Everyone can write cold emails. The real advantage is knowing who actually needs your product today. Lead Gen → Intent Intelligence.

Actual conversation: Only 30%. The future will look like this: Research ↓ Intent ↓ Context ↓ Sales. So, what’s being sold in the future isn't leads. It’s: Decisions. I am increasingly convinced of this.

AI won't replace sales. AI will replace research. In the past: Sales spent 70% of their time: Researching companies Researching founders Identifying pain points Finding contact details Drafting the initial email

We grew one LinkedIn account from 0 to 5M impressions in 6 months. The biggest driver was one simple post type: 1. Pick a resource people would genuinely pay for. 2. Make the hook about the outcome: “I built X that helps you do Y. Giving it away free.” 3. Add 3-5 pain points your audience already feels. 4. Show exactly what’s inside the resource. 5. End with one clear ask: comment a keyword and connect. 6. Get 15-20 real people to engage in the first 30 minutes. 7. Send the resource to everyone who comments. 8. Feed every lead into a personalized multichannel sequence with Gojiberry(dot)ai One strong post can bring 100k+ views and 1,000s of inbound leads.

If I had to book 30 meetings in 30 days with nothing but a laptop: - Pick one painfully specific buyer and one problem - Write a one-line pitch: "I help [buyer] [outcome] without [pain]" - Skip the lead lists. Find 200 people actively posting about that problem on LinkedIn - DM a question, never a pitch: "What's your biggest challenge with [topic] right now?" - Reply fast to everyone who answers - Offer a 3-minute Loom instead of asking for a call - Book the call only after they've engaged twice - Post one tactical breakdown a day on LinkedIn to warm the next batch - Track which opener got replies and double down - Don't add a second channel until this one's booked solid You don't need a product to book meetings. You need the right person and the right question.

The more founder interviews I did, the more I heard the same thing: "We get customers from organic social." The problem? Nobody has time to track thousands of posts and interactions. So I built a tool that does it for you.

I think buying intent is hiding in plain sight. Likes. Comments. Shares. Most people ignore them. We're building a way to turn social engagement into customer opportunities. Testing with a few founders now.

Most lead tools give you databases. I built something different. Paste your website. Get people already discussing the problem your product solves. Less searching. More conversations. Looking for founders to test it.

Job titles tell you who someone is. Behavior tells you what they want. I'm betting on behavior. Not databases. Not cold lists. Just signals. Curious if anyone else sees it this way.

Building an AI tool that finds customers from Reddit. Week 1: 20 founder interviews 3 people agreed to test 0 paying customers Biggest thing I learned: Most founders don't need more leads. They need higher intent leads.

@imalexwang 我是做了10多年的主流媒体增长和流量采买,还有产品运营,但是我不懂技术,我最大每天管理10万美金的广告费,都控制在roi内,所以我非常需要一个懂ai的程序员,
