A little late on startup pics. Dumping corn and making steam!

End of an era..... office trailer getting pulled out and moved to new shop until we have permanent office built this winter. First morning working out of new shop tomorrow..... the old feedlot barn is soon to be a memory

A lot has changed in 6 months or so. Wasn’t sure what we had gotten ourselves into at the time of those first pics

Beautiful day to be putting the roof on this @brockgrain 5418 roof.

Having some space to work and level concrete was great. Finish welding tomorrow, paint Friday and hopefully drop this pit in place early next week

First piece be assembled in new shop. Exciting day

Getting there but by bit. Hydro hooked up. Planning on welding together a 12’ x 16’ dump pit in here middle of next week. 😬

Motor control cabinets in. New 600 amp service I elected and all ready for hookup

6 trucks seems like a little overkill for one pole. Good thing they are working hard.......

Nice little @brockgrain 3010 bin taking shape. Hopefully some beans to go in it in a few weeks

We are finally officially closed in. Hydro getting hooked up Thursday, Natural gas and yard grading next week. Hopefully move in sometime in October.....

Make some room for another @brockgrain 5413 bin. Hopefully this warm weather keeps up so there’s lots of 🌽 to fill it.

Exciting day- shop floor pour today. Can’t wait to get into the new building

Customer picking up baby @AgGrowthIntl Westfield auger. Told them it tows behind pickup NP. They thought they should send a flatbed in just to be safe !

A few pics from this week. Pouring concrete for overhead and dump pit- new 600 amp service being dug in background. Hanging some @WalingaInc blowpipe. Septic in at new shop and ready to pour floor next week.

All coming together. Bins, dryer, legs and roof conveyors installed. Now to finish concrete, overhead and install dump pit and drags. Electricians busy working away as well !

@Skampy55 Builder usually does this way. Believe it guarantees good environment- no sun,wind or rain for the Finishing. Don’t have to worry about rain when they are placing floor insulation and heat tubing.

@KawFarmService Why not pour floor before all the walls are in the way for the pump?

Making a little more progress. Most of steel on, insulation done, main hydro service and water pulled in. Hopefully inside finished and floor poured by end of month.
