rest your mind. everything will fall into place the way it’s meant to. don’t stress too hard and make sure you rest. it’ll all unfold and come to you. you’re doing exactly what you need to be doing and you’re doing a great job at handling it all.

train your mind to be stronger than your feelings.

even if this past year was hard and painful and didn’t go as you planned, look at how much you’ve grown from last december to this december
